Living Memory Forever is an online repository of memories that uses modern technology to bring your loved one’s virtual memorial to life

Now you can add more than just a few traditional words of remembrance to a tombstone by attaching a QR code plaque to any memorial, tombstone, urn or garden bench

The QR code can be scanned using a smartphone or mobile device with internet access, and will direct you to the virtual memorial website featuring photos and videos from the family archive, a biography, and touching memories from relatives and friends

About us

You will receive a QR code laser-engraved on a square metal plaque about 2 inches wide

On the reverse side of the plaque is a heat-resistant adhesive tape. The QR code will be sent to you the next business day after you have placed the order
